Germany international scientists have discovered the appearance of the golden mean 1.618 with the symmetry group E8 in chemical (Niobate cobalt) resulted in artificially in a state of quantum critical (the quantum equivalent of fractals), see article "discovered the link between golden section and the symmetry of Nardelli.
Just recently, we published the article "Project pgts" on the geometric principle of string theory in which we said that the Fibonacci numbers just keep the symmetry of the close "Numbers Lie", which are based on the five exceptional symmetry groups G2, F4, E6, E7, E8, and just this last, E8, is involved in this recent and important discovery: E8 has size 57, which is a number of Lie for n = 7, because 7 ^ 2 + 7 + 1 = 57, close the number of Fibonacci 55 = 7 ^ 2 +7 -1 (numbers Lie and Fibonacci numbers and then have the same DNA geometry (symmetry) and numerical (parabola n ^ 2 + n +1 for the numbers of Lie n ^ 2 + n + c n c first very small).
But the number 248 which is connected to E8, is also
248 = 15 ^ 2 + 15 + 8 + 8 + 15 = 225
Fibonacci numbers close to 233
233 = 15 + 2 ^ 15-7
Our "prediction" that in many natural phenomena are involved where the Fibonacci numbers (and the golden section) should also be involved in the corresponding symmetry, (size of symmetry groups closer to the Fibonacci numbers) was then proved correct. Following other phenomena, experimental or natural, will confirm this finding and also our prediction. Or refer to the second part of pgts, in preparation. This work will account of this recent discovery will be published later this year.
